Nankana Sahib Public Sen. Sec. School, Kalal Majra achieves its milestone in its visionary journey of 32 glorious years. It is rendering selfless services to the society under the patronage of Nankana Sahib Educational Trust, located in GNE College, Ludhiana and under the able service of local management who provide and support the best educational policies to the institution for the harmonious development of physical, moral and intellectual qualities of young children to help them achieve academic, professional and moral excellence.The seeds of the institution were sown in 1986.  The first session of the school began in 1986 with a minimal limited accommodation of six rooms and a meager number of 85 students enrolled, under the surveillance of the founder principal Mrs. Surinder Kaur who nurtured this young sampling with full devotion and dedication.The infant institution began gradually branching and every year a class was forwarded through an idyllic environment for the pursuit of knowledge and personal growth.The first batch of STD X appeared for P.S.E.B Examination in March 2000. Ever since then we have achieved 100% result in all board examinations.The striving efforts of school management towards upgrading the school contributed to bringing Senior Secondary level to our institution with Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce, and Arts streams for P.S.E.B in 2013 -2014. Now in the year 2017, our school got affiliation from CBSE up to Senior Secondary.Its a matter of great honor and pride for our institution to have been imparting quality education designated for the all-round development of children. Students are prepared for their future duties and responsibilities through careful cultivation of their minds and hearts. They are enlightened intellectually, morally, socially and spiritually. Special emphasis is given on religious education.
